In regards to Falz Elder being closed on Naverius and buy PSO2 Meseta a renamed Ragol, ARKS could have been in a position to rapidly respond with their new technologies from Xion. This is further supported by the idea that Photoners were simply humans/newmans with Photon Aptitude during the time period the events of PSO/PSU/PS0 played out. It’s also possible that the Photoners were people hand-picked by Xion from that category, with Luther being the only survivor once the times of PSO2 come about.
A lot of this does not lineup with lore. At one stage I believed that Pioneer 3 started and it was the ship that discovered Xion, however what causes that to not work out is the fact that the photoners did not even understand what photons were earlier finding Xion. That right there pretty much breaks any risk which PSO2 is a sequel to PSO because the Hunters were using photon technology on Ragol. I wonder when some people feel this way largely due to the nostalgia of their dreamcast/gamecube days, and thats exactly what their most popular relationship is aside from genuinely loving pso2 because its own thing? Obviously bulk of people came from there, to this so it is a bit weird to say that, I know. I mean I had been out of mind sleep deprived and been on pso2 all evening but, I digress. Do not judge me. My only real problem is with MS Shop being the spawn of Satan.
Phantasy Star Online 2, for me, has a whole lot to remember however and a learning curve, im okay with that. I got my partner into it. I played with 2 on GC when I was like, 10 & pso1. Dragged my mate when I found Ephinea yrs later. So I had to drag him to pso2 too. He’s been mostly fine with it also, besides us both experiencing the dreaded mutablebackup folder dilemma and MS Shop which makes me despise it, life, myself, and everyone around me. The only real reason I wouldnt advocate Phantasy Star Online 2 is MS Store.
I played pso2 for the first time when it came out in NA and I’m enjoying it. Never played any of those other matches or anything similar. I’m not a fan of anime. Phantasy Star Online 2 got a lot of brand new hype with its launch and I dont think even half of people are able to attribute their pleasure. It is only a well made game with fun combat and a lot of customization that differentiates itself from other mmos.I always had difficulty advocating mmos in general due to their massive time consumption requirements, while it’s to catch up, stay applicable, or even to farm simply for fashion. A good deal of people don’t enjoy the idea of spending a match or can’t in the moment. Installation issues, outdated/bad UI navigation, in addition to the feeling you get when you begin Phantasy Star Online 2 sure did not help it.
