Bakers launch ‘Buy One Give One Free’ offer on Facebook

Greggs, the home of fresh baking, is hoping to show that we are a nation of givers, by pledging to share up to 100,000 free, freshly made sandwiches with Facebook fans in August.

If the Greggs Facebook page reaches 100,000 fans by 6th September 2010, everyone who signs up to ‘The Great Greggs Sandwich Share’ will receive a special ‘Buy One Give One Free’ voucher for a free sandwich with any other sandwich bought at Greggs. Who will you share yours with?

All Greggs sandwiches are hand made using freshly baked bread in shops throughout the day and only sold on the day they are made, so there are no ‘sell by’ dates.

The offer will be available across the sandwich range*, including favourites like the Chargrill Chicken Oval Bite and the Ham, Cheese & Pickle Bloomer.
